SATURDAY 31 DECEMBER 2022 - botanic gardens picnic cruise - SUB 40KM
LAST SCOOTMASTERS CRUISE OF 2022!!! - This one's a little bit different Gang - Pack a sandwich and a drink as we'll be stopping for a picnic under a shady tree in the BEAUTIFULL City Botanic Gardens.
We'll meet in the car-park at the Hamilton Hotel at 9-30AM SAT 31st DEC for a 10AM departure. We'll cruise the STUNNING Paths along the river and down into the city, and then do a few laps through the gardens - Something we have never done before. We'll then saddle up after a 30MIN break for lunch and head over the Goodwill bridge, around the AMAZING Kangaroo Point cliffs then up and over the ICONIC Story Bridge Back around through Howards Wharves, Newfarm Park and then make our way back to the Hammo to load up and say our good-byes. Anyone that would like to join us for a celebration drink and de-brief in the pub afterwards is most welcome to join the admins.

OMG!!! Our VERY FIRST TWI-LIGHT EVENT for SUMMER 2022!!! - As Summer rolls in with a vengance Gang, we roll out our evening scoots around this time every year for those of you that don't like to scoot in the heat of the day....These rides allways feature nice cool bay breezes....We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters Friendly Nudgee Beach Hotel at 4PM - Aiming for a 4-45PM Departure....The route is a Mystery Cruize, However I can promise WIDE OPEN Paths....Little to ZERO Pedestrian/Cyclist Traffic and a SMOOTH RIDE...
Make sure you get your GOOD LIGHTING out for this one groovers, as we will be riding some very dark forest sections....All going well...We will be rolling back to the carpark at The Nudgee Beach Hotel around 7-30 PM to pack our scoots up and go inside to enjoy some food/drinks and a de-brief...These Twi-Light Cruises proved VERY POPULAR Both last yr...and the yr before....Hope to see many of you there...

GET YER SCOOT BOOTS POLISHED and YER HELMETS SHINED UP!!! - This one's going to be a HUGE ADVENTURE following the BEAUTIFULL Brisbane River for over half the ride.
We'll be meeting at the Albion Station (WESTERN CARPARK) at 10AM aiming for a 10-30 departure with our good mate and ADMIN JOHN LAMBERT at the HELM -
From here We'll be heading through The magnificent Albion Paths, under Spagetti Junction, meandering down through the BEAUTIFULL Roma ST Park-Land Precint../CBD/Milton/Toowong past UQ and the St Lucia Golf Links. We'll stop on the riverwalk for a great photo opportunity and then head back to the Eleanor Schonell Bridge where we cross the river and head to the V1, then Southbank - Where We'll park up at the ScootMasters friendly SHIP INN for a cold drink and a bite to eat. ALL SM Members will recieve a WHOPPING 20% off your food order...and 10% off your drinks!!...WOW!!! - After we are all fed and watered, We'll meander back to the Albion Station to load up and say our good-bys...

saturday 26 NOVEMBER 2022 - brisbane city council/scootmasters mystery scoot - sub 40km
WOW!! - This one is a little different Gang! - We'll be meeting a little earlier on SAT the 26th NOV in the carpark at Curlew Park Sandgate at 8-30AM for a 9AM departure. We'll be joining the BCC and Cycling Brisbane for a 1 hour E-scooter skills workshop in the park where we can share our knowledge to new riders and then we'll take off on a sub 40KLM scoot for anyone that wants to join us. BCC will have lots of hire scoots available for new riders along with helmets at NO COST - And this will be a great opportunity for our regular riders to discuss riding skills and the benefits of scoot riding to a whole bunch of newbies...And introducing them to the ScootMasters FAMILY...
We'll be riding AMAZING paths the ENTIRE WAY and of course abiding by the new regulations...We'll park up at the family owned AND ScootMasters friendly Nudgee Beach Hotel mid ride for a toilet break and some food/drinks...MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! - This ride is going to be a CRACKER!!! - I am hoping all our regular members share their skills, experience and wisdom with the new riders....Teaching them how to stay UPRIGHT!!!! - Let's see a HUGE turnout for this one guys....And show our solidarity to the Brisbane Scoot Community....LUV U GUYS AND GALS!!!

The Bros' will be hosting a FREE Aussie BBQ and cold drinks. HEAPS of prizes inc a full set of PPE Gear AND.....A BRAND NEW SCOOT!! - (make/model TBA).
We'll also be heading off for a quiet 1hr cruise thru the city and over the bridge while the team stay back and work dilligently on the BBQ - Last year we had OVER 100 SCOOTS on the ride....Let's see if we can better that this year....PUT THIS ONE in your DIARY GROOVERS!!! - It will be a day not to be missed....

ScootMasters in conjunction with the QPS are DELIGHTED to invite all our members to a FREE E-Scoot Education event on SAT 12 NOV starting at 9-30AM.
There will be speakers on the day from ScootMasters, QPS and QLD GOV, explaining the new regulations that are coming into force from NOV 5, and various other PEV related topics - FREE BBQ LUNCH Compliments of our good mates at QF3 Redcliffe Volunteer Coast Guard.
SOMEONE will be riding away on a BRAND NEW ATOM PRO SCOOT Complete with $500 worth of safety gear Compliments of our good mates at BolZZen Scooters and Scooter Bro's! - $2 entry into the raffle with all proceeds going to the Volunteer Coast Guard. There will also be some other goodies to be won on the day.
ScootMasters will also be hosting a short 25KLM ride on the day with ALL SCOOTS WELCOME! - Travelling some of the BEST PATHS North Brisbane has to offer.
Scooter Bro's will have a marquee set up on the day with people available to answer any of your PEV questions and concerns. This event is going to be HUGE Gang, and we expect 300-400 people on the day. Make sure you arrive early to grab the best spot - Bring your scoot...AND a camp chair

We'll meet at a BRAND NEW Start Location at Gallopers Bowls Club at 10-00AM for a 10:30AM departure. We have been and checked this club out and it ticks ALL the boxes for our memberes, AND they are very excited to have us. We'll have our own VIP area with Scoot Parking RIGHT at the tables if required.
We'll head over the bridge and around to Belmont cruising some STUNNING Bushlands and Lakes. We'll park up at the Tavern for a 20min break and a refreshing drink. From here we'll saddle up and cruise back down and under the Gateway for a photo OPP. MYSTERY SCOOT! - A Brand New Combination of paths forming a loop that you have NEVER RIDDEN GUARANTEED!!! - This is a LONG SUB 55KLM RIDE Gang!!
We'll meet at the ScootMasters Friendly Aspley Hotel at 9-30AM for a 10AM departure - DONT BE LATE....From here...The ride is a mystery however, I can GUARANTEE a mixture of the BEST PATHS in Brizvegas....AND Some AWESOME LEGAL Road Riding.....For those of you that came on the last ride departing the Asply Hotel....This ROUTE is COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT from Start to Finish!!!
We'll venture thru parklands...Wetlands...Lakes, and encounter Roos, Koala's and some cranky Magpies...LOL...Along with KLM after KLM of WIDE HUGE SMOOTH PATHS!!!
We'll park up at the Family Owned ALL INN Brewery along the way for a comfort stop and a cool drink. We'll then scoot the Chermside Bike Paths back to our meet point (Aspley Hotel), to load the scoots into the vehicles and make our way inside for lunch, Drinks, Raffles, and a De-Brief...We have the entire front deck booked exclusivly for the ScootMasters crew...

Sunday 16th OCTOBER 2022 - Bramble bay to newport marina adventure cruise - SUB 40KLM
ALL SCOOTS WELCOME - SUB 40KLM!!! - MAKE NO MISTAKE GANG...This ride is a CRACKER with AMAZING BAY VIEWS the ENTIRE TRIP!!!
We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters Friendly Bramble Bay Bowls Club at 9-30AM for a 10AM departure. We'll roll out and jump straight onto the Picturesque Woody Pont Bike Paths and scoot around the water front to Redcliffe.
From here we'll follow the bay around to Morgans on beautiful wide paths and SCENERY to die for. We'll park up here right in front of the trawlers for a 20min comfort stop and a cold beer.
We'll then continue around the bay to the AMAZING Newport Marina for a photo opp. You'll see some AWESOME Boats parked up here along with some lovely homes.
From here we'll then cruise back making our way past some lagoons and ocean views. You may even spot the odd whale. Once back at Bramble Bay, We'll load our scoots into the vehicles and make our way inside for lunch, a De-Brief, Raffles and a celebration Cold Drink. Meals starting from $15.00

Monday 3rd October 2022 - Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Scoot - Sub 40klm
Queen's Brthday SCOOT TIME!! - WOOHOO!! - We'll be meeting at 9.30 for 10.00 am departure on MONDAY the 3rd OCT from the Gap Tavern where we will then take the picturesque enoggera creek bike way to the RBWH. We'll then take the spaghetti paths to wooloowin where well join the Kedron Brook bike way and head up to the Crown Hotel for a quick refreshment stop to honour her Majesty.
We'll then take a leuiserly cruise back to the Gap Tavern for lunch at 1-30PM - BRAND NEW RIDE!! - MAKE NO MISTAKE - You're going to LOVE this ride.....

WOW!! - Another CRACKING ride bought to you by ScootMasters - We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters Friendly Aspley Hotel at 9-30AM aiming for a 10-15AM departure....From here we'll ride some scoot legal suburban streets around to Taigum, where we'll jump on the paths and scoot some INCREDIBLE SMOOTH TRACKS thru the Aspley Bushlands....KANGAROOS AND KOALA"S A PLENTY!!...
We'll do a loop thru here, then on to the Carseldine precinct on some of the BEST PATHS Bris-Vegas has to offer....Thru Bracken Ridge, Then jump onto the M1 and scoot around to the ALL INN Brewery for a short rest-room and refreshment break - (30MIN)
From here we'll then scoot South , around thru the AMAZING Chermside Parklands paths then loop back around to the Aspley Hotel, where we will pack our scoots up and head in for lunch on the FAMOUS front deck....Meals from $15.00 - MAKE NO MISTAKE!! - Everytime we have done this ride in the past.....Riders RAVE about it....This ride is DEFINATLY SUB 45KLM
WARNING - MAGPIES !! - The male maggies are out in force this time of year protecting their babies....We have been swooped in the past on this ride this time of year....They don't usually swoop larger groups...However...If you do get one chasing you...Stay calm....keep riding...They cannot hurt you if you are wearing a full face helmet...

One of MOST REQUESTED RIDES scooting some of the best paths in North Brisbane...We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters friendly Nudgee Beach Hotel at 9-30AM - Aiming for a 10AM departure....From here we'll be cruising some of the best ocean front paths Bris-Vegas has to offer....This is a MYSTERY SCOOT GANG - However I can promise you some of the BEST PATHS you have ever scooted on....
We'll be pulling up mid ride at Morgans Seafood at Redcliffe Marina for a 30 MIN comfort stop...Brisbane's BEST Ice-Cream...and a cold beer.. - With a Marina View to die for.....From here we'll make our way back via a diffrent route to the Nudgee Beach Hotel to pack our scoots into our vehicles and have a feed and free Raffles...Meals here from $15.00 - MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! - We will be on some of the best paths in Brisbane....

Come join us in a Southside scoot that will HAVE YOU AMAZED AT SOME brand new paths...

Yes that’s it our admins Pete and Tony have been working hard and will take you on a big sub 55km loop of the Southside and Western suburbs.
We will meet at the Salisbury Tavern - 652 Tooheys Rd Saturday 17th September 9am for a 9:30 am departure so don’t be late as departure time is critical here.
We will then venture up the Toohey Forest pathway to link up to the Southeast Freeway Veloway and head north and cruise along and head west towards the University Qld campus. Once there we will head further west to Indooroopilly and along the Western Freeway to Jindalee and Rocks Riverside Parklands for a short pit stop and Break.
We will then cruise off and head towards some real special winding tracks where we are sure to meet Batman and his friends.
We then head back along western corridor Ipswich Motorway big wide bike tracks and through Rocklea and on toward our start point the Salisbury hotel for a refreshing drink and feed for those who wish to stay.
So Come join us on an adventure surely to not disappoint the faint hearted.

We'll be heading all the way out to the Brook Hotel, for a short break for a cold beer and a bathroom stop.

Sunday 14TH August 2022 - ScootMasters sunshine coast tour - SUB 55KLM
Let' not beat around the bush... this will be our BIGGEST ride of the year! Our brothers and sisters from Brisbane will be joining us for an EPIC tour from Golden Beach Caloundra all the way up the coast to Point Cartwright and back via the Kawana lakes. Lead by the wonderful Zoe on her EUC, we will have an amazing time and it's truly a fantastic experience doing a joint group ride!
Make sure you charge that battery though, this is a sub-55km route, so it's going to be the longest group ride we've ever done up here on the coast.

We'll be meeting under the old windmill at the Homestead Tavern on Zillmere RD Boondall at 9-30AM on SUN the 7th AUG, aiming for a 10AM departure. Event Details: LISTEN UP all our Gold Coast AND Southside members...This is the one you've all been requesting..and hanging out for! - We'll be meeting in the carpark at the ICONIC Runaway Tavern Carpark on SAT the 23rd of JULY at 10AM - Aiming for a 10-30AM departure. We'll roll from here on paths and make our way to Labrador, and then follow the MAGNIFICENT GOLD COAST BROADWATER right down through Southport, crossing the bridge with some of the best views in the country GUARANTEED!!
We'll then loop down under the bridge and scoot back across to the ocean front at the northern tip of SURFERS PARADISE. From here we'll cruise the MAGNIFICENT WIDE OPEN PATHS North past Fisherman's Wharf and SeaWorld. We'll then continue up to the Southport Spit where we'll stop briefly for a mandatory Ice Cream. We'll then cruise out to the point on a BRAND NEW PATH for a photo OPP.
After a short break, we'll then take a different loop back up through Southport and make our way back to the start point at the Tavern to load our scoots back in the vehicles and venture inside for Lunch, a few beers and a De-Brief. We'll then make our way around past MAGNIFICENT MARINA and pull up at Morgans for a rest room break and an ice-cream. Morgans is licensed for anyone that would like a beer. From here, we'll snake our way back, and head back via the wide paths of the M1 motorway. saturday 4TH JUNE 2022 - springfield in reverse Cruise - sub 35klm
We had to postpone this one due to bad weather so here it is gang. Will be a cracker!
For those who have done this ride before we are going to do it in reverse!! Should be fun … and a different perspective!
We will be meeting on Saturday the 4th June at 10am at the carpark adjacent Ballistic Beer Springfield (tavern) - off Education City Drive, Springfield Central for a Meet an Greet and riders briefing. Aiming for a 10:30am departure - We'll do a few loops around the amazing Robelle Parklands then head out along some lovely bike paths and parks around Spring Mountain. From there we will wind ourselves around the picturesque Springfield Lakes and over the train line through Springfield before winding our way up to Bellbird Park and Augustine Heights (stopping at the dog park after a hill cimb challenge) which will see us scoot through some open pathways and parklands before making our way back to Robelle and the Ballistic Tavern for lunch and raffles.

Please make sure your scoots are fully charged in order to make the distance and manage the hills. Smaller scoots are welcome although you may struggle with a couple of hills.
This run will test your technical ability through sloping pathways and turns. So during those areas we will be going 25km/hr or less - definitely - we want to enjoy the scenery not race through it. MAKE NO MISTAKE GANG - These are wide open smooth paths with little to NO pedestrian traffic that we have specifically chosen for you guys to enjoy...

We will be meeting on Saturday the 4th June at 10am at the carpark adjacent Ballistic Beer Springfield (tavern) - off Education City Drive, Springfield Central for a Meet an Greet and riders briefing. Aiming for a 10:30am departure - We'll do a few loops around the amazing Robelle Parklands then head out along some lovely bike paths and parks around Spring Mountain. From there we will wind ourselves around the picturesque Springfield Lakes and over the train line through Springfield before winding our way up to Bellbird Park and Augustine Heights (stopping at the dog park after a hill cimb challenge) which will see us scoot through some open pathways and parklands before making our way back to Robelle and the Ballistic Tavern for lunch and raffles.

Please make sure your scoots are fully charged in order to make the distance and manage the hills. Smaller scoots are welcome although you may struggle with a couple of hills.
This run will test your technical ability through sloping pathways and turns. So during those areas we will be going 25km/hr or less - definitely - we want to enjoy the scenery not race through it. MAKE NO MISTAKE GANG - These are wide open smooth paths with little to NO pedestrian traffic that we have specifically chosen for you guys to enjoy...

We will be meeting at the western carpark at the Albion station at 10AM aiming for a 10-30AM departure....I know it's a Sunday morning Groovers, But get yer ASS out of bed, and be there on time...This ride will be worth it....We'll be rolling out at 10-30AM with all the bells and whistles and making our way around through Spaghetti Junction, RNA Showgrounds and Herston on some of the BEST bike Paths Brisvegas has to offer.....
From here we'll head down through the Roma Street Parklands to stop for a quick photo op under a waterfall that has been nicknamed the Brissy Niagara Falls... - We'll then cross the river more times than a City-Cat just to spice things up a bit and wind our way around past the ICONIC Regatta Hotel! - ( NO we are not stopping for a quick beer here! - WHAAAAAAATTT - !!!) - We'll then scoot around and cruise through the MAGNIFICENT UNI precinct with VIEWS to DIE FOR!!!
From here we'll make our way around to the Boggo Road Gaol for another photo OP....It's just a short 10 Min cruise then to our BRAND NEW LUNCH DESTINATION - The SHIP INN at South Bank. This new lunch stop is PERFECT for us. They are VERY SCOOT friendly, and have agreed to give us the entire outdoor beer garden AND allow us to roll our scoots right up to our tables. They are very excited to have us, and as a bonus...Anyone that attends the ride on the day will receive a voucher for a whopping 20% off their meal...and 10% off drinks on the day....This is a FAMILY owned pub and source the food from their own farms...WOW!! Join us for a cruise from Mudjimba, over the Maroochy River Bridge and along the picturesque Maroochy River and up to Alexander Headlands. SUB 40KLM SCOOT - This one's a little bit different Gang - We'll be meeting in the car-park at Kippa-Ring Station at 9-30AM aiming for a 10AM departure. From here we'll cruise the MAGNIFICENT smooth wide open paths around to one of our FAV destinations...Old Petrie Town...We'll be cruising Parklands - Bushlands - Creeks and Lakes on our journey.
When we arrive at Old Petrie Town, We'll be parking our scoots up right out front of the Emporium Cafe for lunch - Old School Burgers, Fish and Chips and Hotdogs etc. This cafe is owned by family members of one of our ScootMasters Trisha Evans.
They have been struggling through the pandemic, like many others...And we are DELIGHTED to be able to show our support. (The chicken and mushroom crepe is to DIE FOR!!)
The pub is right next door for anyone that would like to sit on the deck and have a cold beer after lunch. There is a classic muscle car display there on the day as well....After we are all fed and watered - We'll take a leisurely scoot back to the meet point to pack our scoots up and have a de-brief. This will be a CRACKER of a day gang, with no strict schedules and as such...Nice and relaxing. The ride will be SUB 40KLM and COVID compliant.

We'll park up here for an hour or so to enjoy the food/music and beautiful water views along with the great company of fellow scoot enthusiast - Once we are are all fed and watered, we'll then commence our journey home taking in some of the best street legal riding Brisbane has to offer.

This area is my home turf, and Trace and I do these paths often. BCC has recently spent a fortune upgrading sections of the Cabbage Tree Creek Bike-way - And as such, You will be treated to some of the widest paths you have ever scooted on....MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! - You will enjoy this one.....

Event Details: Meeting at 3:00pm Following the HUGE success of our January ride, we are going to follow up with another ride mid-February. Starting at the Maroochy Bridge Hotel and heading out through Maroochydore, Buderim and Sippy Downs, then across to Mooloolaba through national parks and arriving at the beautiful Mooloolaba Beach. From there we will be heading past our very good friends at E-Move bikes at Alex then along the Maroochy River back to the pub for a COLD BEER and a dinner. This is a sub-40km ride with a couple of moderate hills, but very doable by single motor scooters. |

Event Details: PHEWWW - The weather sure has been warm on our group rides lately Gang! - SOLUTION! - Our very first Twighlight Cruise for 2022 - We do these late afternoon rides quite regularly in Summer and they are LEGENDARY!!!
We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters Friendy Nudgee Beach hotel at 4-30PM - Aiming for a 5PM departure. We'll be rolling out and down Nudgee Road, then turning in to do a lap through the ever POPULAR Boondall Wetlands. From here we'll cruise the MAGNIFICENT M1 down to the "Curley Whirly" Bridge to SCOOT a BRAND NEW PATH NEVER BEFORE RIDDEN ON A GROUP RIDE! - A real HIDDEN GEM! - This cuts out that akward road crossing in SandGate.
We'll then make our way around the BEAUTIFULL foreshore with water views. We'll then ride the HUGE Ted Smout Bridge with a photo opp at the halfway point. If you have not ridden this bridge before...you are in for a TREAT!! - From here we'll follow the bay around to pop in and see our good mates at the BRAMBLE BAY BOWLS Club for a 20 MIN rest-room break and a cold drink. Plenty of secure scoot parking here.
After our break, We'll saddle up with LIGHTS BLAZING and head back over the bridge to witness the AMAZING SUNSET - Then take a different route back to the meet point where we'll load our scoots back into the vehicles and make our way into the pub for a de-brief, Dinner, Drinks and FREE RAFFLES! - Those that ride their scoots to the event - There is plenty of secure scoot parking here as well. MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! - This ride will be a CRACKER - Taking in the cool evening sea breezes. DON'T MISS THIS ONE Guys and Gals and DON'T FORGET YOUR LIGHTS!!!

HOLEEE SMOKES!!! - Our MOST REQUESTED RIDE EVA!!!! - Every time we do this ride...People simply RAVE about it for weeks....
SUB 40KLM SCOOT - This one's a little bit different Gang - We'll be meeting in the car-park at Kippa-Ring Station at 9-30AM aiming for a 10AM departure. From here we'll cruise the MAGNIFICENT smooth wide open paths around to one of our FAV destinations...Old Petrie Town...We'll be cruising Parklands - Bushlands - Creeks and Lakes on our journey.
When we arrive at Old Petrie Town, We'll be parking our scoots up right out front of the Emporium Cafe for lunch - Old School Burgers, Fish and Chips and Hotdogs etc. This cafe is owned by family members of one of our ScootMasters Trisha Evans.
They have been struggling through the pandemic, like many others...And we are DELIGHTED to be able to show our support. There are some MENU items in the discussion section of this post. (The chicken and mushroom crepe is to DIE FOR!!)
The pub is right next door for anyone that would like to sit on the deck and have a cold beer after lunch. There is a classic muscle car display there on the day as well....After we are all fed and watered - We'll take a leisurely scoot back to the meet point to pack our scoots up and have a de-brief. This will be a CRACKER of a day gang, with no strict schedules and as such...Nice and relaxing. The ride will be SUB 40KLM and COVID compliant.

We haven't done this one in AGES Gang...AND...We get asked for it OFTEN! - For those of you that have not done this ride which snakes along beside the river the ENTIRE WAY...You are in for a TREAT - INCREDIBLE VIEWS Pretty much the entire ride....WOW!!!
We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters Friendly Hamilton Hotel in the carpark at 9-30AM aiming for a 10AM departure. From here we'll scoot over to the BRAND NEW Kingsford Smith Bikeways to make our way into the city via Breakfast Creek, Tenneriffe, New Farm and Howards Wharf - Paths are WIDE and SMOOTH! - We'll then continue to follow the river down through the city, and around to the BEAUTIFUL Botanical gardens. From here We'll re-join the river and make our way up to the ICONIC REGATTA Hotel, where we'll park up for a 30MIN toilet break and a COLD PINT of BEER. Plenty of scoot parking here, and we will appoint security to watch over our rides.
Once our thirst is quenched and we have all had a piddle, We'll depart, taking a different route back to Howard's Wharf incorporating The Goodwill Bridge, Kangaroo Point Cliffs and the Story Bridge...MAKE NO MISTAKE!!! - This ride incorporates some of the BEST views AND PATHS Brisbane has to offer - We'll then cruise the River at a nice leisurely pace taking in all the MAGIFICENT Water Views...Back to the departure point to load our scoots back into our vehicles.
For those of you that would like to join us for lunch and socialising, We'll make our way into the pub for a De-Brief, Food, A Beer AND.,.FREE RAFFLES!!! - This is a reasonably short scoot, and as such, is open to all scooters.... Event Details: SUB 30 KLMS - And now for something a little different Gang. It has been bought to our attention, that many of our newer members have purchased ninebots, Xaomi's ETC over the Christmas break and would like to join us on a group ride. WELL - We have listened, and planned this ride for you guys and gals. This is a short SUB 30KLM ride suitable for ALL scoots to attend. We will be cruising along at a leisurely 25KPH in order to take in all the amazing scenery the North Bayside has to offer.
We'll be meeting at the ScootMasters friendly Bracken Ridge Tavern at 9-30AM aiming for a 10AM departure. We'll roll out and head south down the motorway to Boondall, where he turn east and cruise some very quiet suburban streets and the across the magnificent Hockey Fields. From here we'll snake our way through Sandgate and onto the incredible waterfront paths and cruise the 5K up to the Bridge.
There will be an optional Bridge crossing here with views to DIE FOR for those that wish to do it. The rest of us will park up under a shady tree for 15 mins to await your return. MAKE NO MISTAKE!! - This ride has EVERYTHING from wide smooth motorway paths, to twisty bush sections...to ocean front cruising...and NO STEEP HILLS!
We'll then make our way back to the Tavern, to load our scoots back into the vehicles. For those of you that would like to join us for Lunch, a Debrief, A Cold Beer and FREE RAFFLES - You will be most welcome. The food is very good at the Bracken Ridge Tavern and they have $7 Pints in the back bar.

Departing the Maroochy Bridge Hotel, up over the Maroochy River Bridge, then a blast up the coastal paths to the Coolum Surf Club, taking in the spectacular scenery and ocean views along the way. We will then return to the start point for lunch and a cold beer.
